What you can expect?
Naturopathic physicians differ from mainstream medical physicians in that they are experts in using natural therapeutics such as herbs, homeopathy, and nutrition to stimulate healing rather than using drugs or surgery.

Natural Therapies has been in operation since 1989.

The way we practice is that on your first appointment you will spend up to an hour and half in our office with us. We have you fill out a health questionnaire which will be emailed ahead of time. We ask that you complete it to the best of your ability and return it to the office by fax or mail at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that your attending physician has time to review your health history before your appointment. You then sit down with him/her and go over your health history. All aspects of your health are important so your physician can provide the best possible wellness program for you. Over three visits your physician gathers information from a physical exam, organ testing with Bicom, blood and other tests, diet diary and your history. Your physician then outlines a three month treatment program for you. Once your health is stabilized we outlines an optimal wellness program for you to follow, which includes regular check ups.

What are the charges?
For any extended medical coverage, you can send a copy of your bill in to your extended company and, depending on the plan you have, you may get a reimbursement, up to your yearly limit. Click here for the CHARGES AND OFFICE POLICY. 

Return appointments are shorter in length. They take take up to 30 minutes. Once again, you can send this in to your extended company.

What are the payment modes?
We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cash for payment. We do not accept cheques.

What are our operating hours?
The clinic's operating hours are as follows:

 

Tuesdays to Saturdays   :   10:00 am to 7:00pm.

Sundays & Mondays      :   Closed

 

We usually book first appointments 1 to 2 days in advance. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. People are really good about calling in if they can’t make their appointment and therefore we can sometimes get you in a little sooner. We are open on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
